– Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing the order. If you have made a mistake, please email kim@senpaisquad.net or use our contact form. Include the order number, name and correct shipping address within the body of the email.


If the package has been returned to us for incorrect address, we will email you to ask for the correct shipping address. We will re-ship it once as a courtesy. If returned again, we will ask you to cover the shipping cost.


– Refunds & replacement
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for replacement. Sales are final, no refunds.


– Restocking
If you would like us to restock a particular product, there’s a “Get An Alert” button on the product page. Once you enter your email, we will be notified. Once it’s restocked you will get an email notification stating so!


– Choice of shipping carrier


– Tracking Number

At this moment in time, we are unable to provide tracking number due to the volume of shipment and the method we use to ship packages.

However we are working on implementing a system where we can provide tracking number in the future.


– Email response
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your emails. Reponses may be delayed during holidays, convention weekends, etc but we will get to you as soon as we can.


– Application
To ensure maximum life from your decals, please ensure the surface is cleaned and free of debris before applying. We recommend you apply your decals when the surface is cool.
