Estimated shipping times

Processing times for orders are generally within 1-3 weeks. It can then take USPS up to 5 business days to ship within the US. During convention season, processing times can take longer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and not SenpaiSquad. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. By purchasing from SenpaiSquad, you agree to fulfill any financial obligations for customs duties, taxes, or other fees as required by your country’s laws.

Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing the order. 

If you have made a mistake, please email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include the order number, name and correct shipping address within the body of the email. We will try our best to correct the address before it’s shipped out, however we can not guarantee anything. It is ultimately the buyers responsibility to make sure the information is correct before placing the order. 

If the package has been returned to us for incorrect address, we will email you to ask for the correct shipping address. We will re-ship it once as a courtesy. If returned again, we will ask you to cover the shipping cost.

Refunds & replacement
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for replacement. Sales are final, no refunds.

If you would like us to restock a particular product, there’s a “Get An Alert” button on the product page. Once you enter your email, we will be notified. Once it’s restocked you will get an email notification stating so!

Choice of shipping carrier

Tracking Number

We have recently switched shipping options to include tracking number with your shipment. Please make sure you enter your email correctly so that the tracking number can be emailed to you. Due to large volume in shipments, there’s a small chance that the tracking number may have not been emailed to you. If so, please email us and we will attempt to find it for you.

Email response
Please allow 1-4 days for us to respond to your emails. Responses may be delayed during holidays, convention weekends, etc but we will get to you as soon as we can. An alternative method would be to direct message our Instagram page @SenpaiSquadNet

Please only email / message us in one location as duplicates will make it more difficult for us to reply to everyone else.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen, duplicate orders happen. If you accidentally placed a duplicate order or want to cancel an order to change shipping address, payment method, items etc. We can accommodate that via a contact form submission. If your order is delayed, carrier lost the package etc. We can work with you on that. However if you decide to file a chargeback your information will be blacklisted from our site and you will not be able to order again going forward.

To ensure maximum life from your decals, please ensure the surface is cleaned and free of debris before applying. We recommend you apply your decals when the surface is cool. Do not use any wax based cleaner before applying your decals.
